Hey!
My name is Gabriel Joy Reid and I use any pronouns! I'm a writer, filmmaker, animator, and illustrator from Kansas City, Kansas. I'm in my fifth year studying Media Arts and Screen Studies at Northeastern University in Boston. From superheroes to social justice, sci-fi to slice-of-life, I strive to bring joy, knowledge and hope to anyone who reads my work and help diverse and underrepresented voices take up space.
My illustration and film work has been featured at Massachusetts Independent Comic Expo (MICE), The Boston Comics in Color Festival, The Newburyport Documentary Film Festival, and The Northeastern Student Film Festival.
